Federici's is situated within MAC yapang, overlooking Lake Macquarie and the leafy grounds of Sculpture Park. The cafe is a family friendly venue and pride themselves on serving authentic Italian coffee and food.
The cafe is also available for your catering needs for events, meetings, conferences and special occasions at MAC yapang.
Paolo, the owner and operator, hails from Piombino, Italy, where he learned the art of cooking Tuscan and Genoese dishes from his grandparents.
Five years ago, Paolo moved with his family from Genoa, the birthplace of pesto, to the Lake Macquarie area. Since then, his coffee cart has been winning over the local community with authentic Italian coffee, pastries, savoury snacks, and pasta.
We’re thrilled to welcome Federici’s Café to its permanent home at MAC yapang.
Federici's is open during art museum hours, Tuesday to Sunday 9am to 3pm.
