(in)visible: the First Peoples and War

Yindyamarra Roll Amala Groom PNSWAAP 2014 photograph Liz Warning.jpg

This exhibition project considers war from the perspective of Aboriginal men and women: from the frontier violence that informs ongoing conflict and contemporary culture, to the ramifications of more recent world wars. Through the work of contemporary Aboriginal artists and a local community project, this exhibition will recognise and respond to some confronting truths.
