This display within the MAC yapang cafe showcases the diverse talent of local artists who practise and reside in Lake Macquarie. It offers viewers a preview of the artwork and artists participating in the Open Studios weekend on 17 - 18 June 2023 from 10am - 4pm.
On the Open Studios weekend, local artists and makers open their studio doors and welcome the general public inside; giving art lovers the chance to meet artists, learn about the creative process and purchase unique artworks to take home, as well as allowing viewers to go behind the scenes with Lake Mac’s creative community.
