MAC yapang's main exhibition space will be closed from 5 - 8 December 2023 for installation of new exhibitions. Our Art in Your Community: Off the Wall exhibition, shop MAC, Three Bears Cafe and Sculpture Park will remain open to the public.
We are inviting creatives aged 12-24 years to be part of a Youth Artisan Market to showcase locally hand-crafted goods that are original and creative. This may include jewellery, textiles and textile accessories, ceramics, mosaics, novelty items or other hand-made gifts and products.
Each stall holder will be provided with a space within the MAC yapang marquee that includes a 1.8m trestle table. All sites are unpowered. There is no charge to apply or exhibit, but there are only limited spaces available.
All stallholders must complete the EOI form below by 5pm Sunday 31 December.
Successful applicants will receive a confirmation email of their participation by Monday 8 January.
The Youth Artisan market will be held at MAC yapang as part of the opening celebrations for the First Class 23 exhibition from 11am - 3pm on Sunday 11 February 2024.
First Class is an annual exhibition celebrating outstanding HSC work produced by local students in the previous year. Last year we had over 300 visitors attend our First Class opening event that included the Youth Artisan Markets as part of the celebrations.
